What is F.I.R. Far Infrared Ray
Far iInfrared ray (FIR) is a spectrum of natural sunlight with a wavelength of 4 – 1000 microns. It is invisible to the human eyes. The Far Infrared Ray light is safe to use on a daily basis and does not burn the skin.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) pointed out that FIR with wavelength between 6 – 14 microns is capable of penetrating deep into the human body where they gingerly elevate the body temperature and generate resonance. Q & A:

The Thermalution heating health care products require the batteries to active the heating function. What should I pay attention to when I use the batteries?
The standard package of Thermalution heating health care series product comes with battery compartment. Ordinary or rechargeable batteries can be used on the products. If you chose to use ordinary batteries, we suggest you use the alkaline batteries. And please also pay attention to the following:

1. Please do not inserted incorrectly, disassembled, heated or exposed to fire.
2. Please keep battery away from the metal parts.
3. Do not mix the old and new batteries together or put different brand batteries in the battery pack.
4. If you are using ordinary batteries, recharging is strictly forbidden! Recharge the ordinary battery may caused leak or damage.
5. When the power run out, remove the battery from battery pack immediately.
6. Avoid strong impact; it may cause the deformation of the battery case.

What other things I should also pay attention to when I use Thermalution heating health care products?

  1. Please turn off the power, take out batteries, and pull off the power plugs from battery compartments while the product is not in used.
  2. Please change batteries when you feel the warmth is unsatisfactory. (Recommend to use ALKALINE battery.)
  3. Fasten the battery compartment with the screw enclosed to prevent from opening by children.
  4. Do not expose the battery compartments to humid environment.
  5. Remove battery compartments before washing.
  6. Wash your heating products by hand, or put it in laundry bag and wash it by machine at 30℃C.
  7. Wipe the power plugs dry with a piece of dry cloth after washing, then leave it airing. Do not operate the belt before it drys out.
